"Feels safe enough to use"
I haven’t had any problems with my doordash account so far. The login alerts and password setup seem like the kind of basic security you’d expect, and I appreciate that my payment info isn’t just out in the open. The privacy settings are easy to find too, which should be the case with any app. Overall, I feel comfortable using it

I use DoorDash often, and the menu info has been accurate for me, at least from what I can tell. I always kind of wonder if the prices or add-ons are going to be different once the order shows up, but most of the time the item names, options, and prices match what the restaurant actually sends. My last order had all the choices listed correctly and nothing was missing, so maybe I’m just lucky, but it definitely made ordering feel a lot less annoying...

My order ended up getting cancelled, which was a little frustrating at first. But after I reached out and gave it a try, the refund came through quickly. i was relieved it didn’t turn into a big hassle.

I mostly use the DoorDash app, but the website is easy to use too. The menus load fast, search actually works well, and I love that I can reorder my usual stuff without having to dig around forever. Checkout is simple, and seeing the driver updates right there is really helpful. I’ve also had no issues changing addresses or adding delivery instructions, which is a big deal, right? Overall, it just makes ordering dinner quick and stress-free

"Good support, but the communication could’ve been clearer"
Support got back to me fast and helped fix my order issue without making it into a big ordeal, which I appreciated. It was easier than I expected. That said, I was a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t very clear at first, so I had to figure out what was actually going on. Once I got connected with support, though, they handled it well.

I order from DoorDash often, and honestly... the driver assignment has been really reliable for me. Most of the time someone grabs my order fast, and I can see the updates almost right away. It just makes the whole food-ordering thing feel a lot less stressful...

DoorDash usually gets my apartment address right, which is nice since some other apps kinda mess it up. The driver found my place this time without needing to call or anything. I’m only taking off one star because the pin was a little off once before.

I’ve used DoorDash a bunch when I don’t feel like cooking, and overall it just makes the whole food-ordering thing feel less like a guessing game. The app is easy enough to use, and I never really have to sit there wondering if my order is actually moving along or not. I’ll get little updates when the restaurant accepts it, when the driver is getting close, or if something changes, and it’s not constant or annoying. It’s just enough info that I don’t feel like I need to keep opening the app every few minutes, which makes ordering food way less frustrating.

I mostly use DoorDash because there are just so many restaurants to choose from. Around me, I can usually find pizza, sushi, burgers, tacos, or some random local place without having to scroll forever. The best part is that a lot of spots are still available late or at weird hours. i really like that DoorDash shows the delivery fee, service fee, and tip before i place the order. no random surprise at checkout, which makes a big difference. the prices feel fair enough for how convenient it is

I use doordash probably more than I should, dashPass has been helpful with cutting down the fees, especially when I’m too tired to cook after work. The promos show up fairly often too, so it doesn’t always feel like I’m paying full price, which is nice. I’ve had a couple orders show up late, so it’s not perfect, but overall… yeah, it’s been really convenient for me...

The food showed up fine and everything was okay with the order, so no real complaints there. But the tracking was kind of all over the place. One minute it looked like it was nearby, then it seemed to jump somewhere else, and I couldn’t really tell when it was actually going to arrive. Food was good though, just the tracking threw me off

I’ve been using this for a while now, it’s been one of those things I don’t even have to think about. Every time I go to make a payment, I half-expect some random issue to pop up, but it always goes through smoothly. No failed payments, no annoying retries, no stress.
